Northeast State Scholarship Site 

The deadline to submit the 2019-2020 Northeast State General Scholarship Application is March 1, 2019.  The Northeast State General Scholarship Application serves as the one application for the following programs:

  • Academic Work Scholarships 
  • Northeast State Foundation Scholarships 
  • Special Scholarship Programs

The 2019-2020 Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship Application will be available in February. The deadline to apply is June 1, 2019.  Applicants must meet one of the following criteria for underrepresented populations to qualify for Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship consideration:

  • Classified as a United States Military Veteran - proof of veteran status must be submitted to the Office of Scholarship Programs and Student Needs in order to qualify under military veteran criterion
  • Hispanic/Latino/Spanish origin, Black or African American, Asian, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander origin as documented by the Northeast State Office of Admissions and Records
  • Registered with the Center for Students with Disabilities at Northeast State

Please note: it is possible for Tennessee Promise Scholarship recipients who apply for Northeast State Scholarships to receive additional funding to help cover book and attendance costs.  See Northeast State Scholarships and the Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship for program guidelines.
